ÜberFly Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 I use phil's waterproof bike grease and whatever oil came with my Bauer reels for the cork drag. Quote
Snouthunter Posted February 12, 2015 Author Posted February 12, 2015 Hmmm from the website that sounds like I should give it a go not expensive really either a tube should last awhile. Thanks a lot Quote
Snouthunter Posted February 12, 2015 Author Posted February 12, 2015 Bike grease never would have thought of that I did think about some synthetic diff oil but kinda pricey lol Quote
Ricinus Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 Ditto on the Hot Sauce.. Supposedly maintains it's viscosity and doesn't dry up over time.. Mike Quote
Nachako Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 I just cleaned and regreased all my reels with White Lithium Grease. It's fairly fine and completely water proof, heat resistant, and adds a little corrosion protection. 1 Quote
