  1. There is a book announcement on page 66 of the current Fly Fusion Magazine. It is set to release early February of 2008. It is a collection of his works from 1981 to 2007. The announcement says to check www.flyfusionmag.com and click on Fusion Books link. Edit - I looked at the www.flyfusionmag.com site and cannot see a Fusion Books link. Maybe the link is not up yet.
  2. It sounds like we have the same travel agent.
  3. In case you break one and don't have one of your other 27 spey rods handy.
  4. Maybe Kokanee would be willing to do a sponsorship. They might even want to make a commercial or two as it looks like the cast would be available.
  5. No problem Lone I'll email it to you, or if you want you can just right click it and save it too.
  6. I been having a ratherlong flashback from the late 70's tonight and came up with these. Not embroiderable (is that a word) but kinda cool none the less.
  7. Have a good one Darren.
  8. Test hat. The lines are screwed up on the hat due to inept design guy but I'm sure you can look past that.
  9. A group camping area can be booked as much as 12 months in advance at some sites. Here's some info and a list of the Gov sites. http://gateway.cd.gov.ab.ca/groupuse.aspx
  10. Lone, I do too . I think it would be tough to embroider that 3D effect, but would be easy to see. Hard to tell if it's doable unless it is sent to a company to have their input. Hawg has a good point a few posts back. If it was a single line drawing on a hat or a shirt, a person would have to be standing very close in order to understand what it is, thus the reason companies typically go with simple straight forward logos. I don't know if a simple straight forward logo is really a requirement for a fly fishing site, what do you people think? I know what Hawg thinks and tend to agree, to a point. Ladystrange, I'll fix it up a bit on the arm. I did slightly stretch the tail as you mentioned but with the smaller PNG images that go on the site it is hardly noticeable.
  11. This got a little side tracked. Just to clarify this is the latest. Please criticize this one as the last few posted were of course jokes.
  12. I'd come down for an event like this. Sounds like a blast.
  13. There is no need to apologize for others behavior. It was a good question that went in the wrong direction.
  14. Fishhead caught a few more I see.
  15. Thoroughly enjoyed him especially this one, http://ie.youtube.com/watch?v=-7wAEMIAhFs&...feature=related
  16. Crap, I thought Michael Hedges was unreal. Andy Mckee is beyond unreal. Nice smooth style and the harmonics being thrown in at all stages of his work is bizzare.
  17. I think you're looking for more of something along this line. The "Stay The F%&*Away from Me" type of logo.
  18. Moving targets would be interesting. Attach a small hoola hoop on a rope, chuck it out , let it drift and the participant has to nail it within so many seconds. I wouldn't think the hoop should be any bigger that 6" cause I know any semi capable from Calgary could nail it. The boys from anywhere else probably only need a 3" hoop.
  19. Here ya go dave
  20. Here how about this one.
  21. Adjusted
  22. Good point, extending the shoulder out more will give the drawing more of the ferocity that Max is showing. Thanks
  23. LMFAO - so Santa does know when you've been naughty! I've been pretty good this year so I guess I can expect my usual assortment of dollar store items. I'm really wishing for something from Walmart though.
