What's wrong with soiling the run for everyone and moving on? Throw giant rocks, scare fish, pick up marbles and head home like a child. It's kinda what i'd do. But I was never the mature type. I can catch fish on any run on the bow. 1000's of fisherman on the bow but only few can actually be successful.

I'd pull the carb if it has sat for a while. It is quite easy to change the impeller. Just take off the lower unit and put it back together the way it came apart. Try and find a shop manual for it. I did an impeller about 6 years ago. Wasn't hard at all. You'll have to buy a small manual pump to get oil back into the lower unit. If you don't get those carbs cleaned the motor will never run right. Worse comes to worse just sell the boat and motor to me.

The chances of someone breaking into my house while im home is very small. The chances of someone breaking into my home and me getting to my gun and using it are slim to none. That is all.

I own handguns because I target practice on a weekly basis as a hobby. I agree that the gun registry is an abortion of funds but when it all boils down to anything. It's just registering a gun. What's the big deal about registering guns? You have to register your car. Registering my guns took almost not time at all. Hell I even have hand guns and the RCMP were polite to me on the phone when asking them to fax me the permit for my .45 ACP semi auto
