  5. ya, the gyroball improves the strength in your forearm muscles, you move it in a circular fashion and keep the bearing inside spinning.. it's quite difficult, but easy to do at home or work.

Here is a exercise product i like to recommend for this type of issue, it helps to strengthen and stabilize the elbow and its attaching muscles. http://www.powerballs.ca/en/shop.html The cheapest one works just as good as the others, and some stores in Calgary might carry them, i'm just not sure which ones.

  10. Yeah, I guess they are not triploids.. lol Still kinda noobie. Are you talking about catching 20 inch Triploids? Because I probably caught 4-5 non-triploids over 20 inches and 1 that was at least 22. I was nailing them in the Northeast corner, so i was no where near the boat launch. Man can they fight.. I broke off a few monsters... and was using 3X.
  11. Thanks guys, Most fish were on Chronies, But Boatman seemed to work best in the morning, then around 11ish-3 pm chronies, scuds, and "Ice cream cone" aka.. wierd looking chronie. Tried a few leeches but i think i have the wrong size, color,or pattern cause i wasn't getting anything.

  16. Most grass is better for the fish then the majority of nets on the market. But yes, i will handle the fish with care and have tried to do so... minus the rock shots
  17. The fish are tough, and they are on the rocks or grass for less than 20 seconds... they all swim off strong and fast
  18. A few more to top it off: While we were in Wyoming, When the weather turn bad.. only one thing to do, drink cheap ass beer. Amazing shot of the North Platte where we fished mmmm.... Bacon Good sized Cut-Bow, or as we like the call them: Rain-throat... lol Mr. Football Horrible shots i know... I try Hope you enjoyed the Photos! Now that I have this Photobucket thing worked out.   20. Some Highlights from summer of 2008: Probably the biggest brown i have ever landed went close to 25-26ish I like to call him sharky My 1 year old Lab Nova, Probably the worst fishing buddy you can imagine... lol Ever intrigued by the jumping, look and smell of all things fish.
