  13. last year we did caddis larva, deer hair flies, midges, species specific, old standbys, all purpose nymphs, all purpose dries, all purpose streamers, and realism...let's get this year rollin shall we?...first contest is Attractor Nymphs [nymphs that don't represent anything in particular but seem to catch the fish's eyes (not literally )]...anyways, post your pics and a recipe like last year and any tying or fishing notes that you may want to add...being that FFC is way better than the old site, we don't have to limit any of the events to just 10...this year, the first 20 to post their patterns before or on the cutoff date will be entered...the cutoff date for entries will be Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 9:00PM or sooner if we fill up the spots....polls will be up when i get all entries in...have at it boys and girls...
  14. i did and he informed me that the FFC staff would be doing it rather than myself...
  15. for those that are interested, i still have the pics from all the contests except for the KOTV tourney (the only ones i have for that one are my own)...

  19. being that there has been an uprising in interest in these flies and techniques in the last couple of years, i would suggest "Czech Nymphs"...

  22. 24's???...26's???...7X???...either you guys are married and are used to painful torture or you are masochistic addicts...lmao...anytime a fish requires a 7x or 24 to catch, i break out the warm beer from the backpack and toast him one for winning that round...
  23. i don't know what's sadder...the fact you know the exact words or the fact i remember that from grade 2...lmfao
