Chris, that's an amazing pic. I've seen griz's out in the K in the described areas a lot this spring. I talked to a CO out at the Lower K today that said they are responding to bear sightings out there almost daily now. Please keep this in mind all.

It was nice of them to photoshop in a nice fish in that pic too.

I've caught a few that looked like that pic in the Crow, kinda large fish to have parr marks, but there they were. Colourful little guys.

Esleech, that makes my day. That is an awesome fish, and I have yet to get a cutty from the Lower. That is a truly excellent cutty. Nicely done!

MTB, To be honest, I fish the upper for more fish & I fish the lower when I wish to catch big fish. That being said, you can do both in the same day. BUT, the K lakes are notorious for being spotty, so one day can be on fire & the next day nada. Still, it is a great place to fish. The fish from both lakes are awesome, but like I said, the big boys are downstairs in the lower. They're just a lot harder to come by. As summer progresses, things change a lot in those lakes too, so what works today will not necessarily work next month or the month after.

Crappy luck, you almost shoulda stuck around & had the place all to yourself! I wonder if it did that all day or what. It has a habit of going on & off from what I've seen.

Oh Rickr, He has lots of relatives in that lake. Rainbow cousins too. I have a few 26+ rainbows from there, and they get much bigger than that in there. I believe GGP taped at 33" there last year. Unreal. Have fun!
