bcubed
Can anyone recommend a good crack-repair company? I have a small crack in our basement wall that allowing a tiny bit of water through. I have contacted a couple, one is coming to do a quote. The other one gave me a flat rate without even looking at it (sketchy much?) Thanks

troutlover
The company I work for does this kind of work but not for residential properties. There are a lot of systems out there make sure they use a product that uses the water to set up and will "chase" the water to the source. Make sure they are drilling holes at an angle down both sides of the crack and using a pump to inject to get to the back side of the crack or you're going to be fixing it again in 3 to 5 years. bjbailey
Hi BCube - I've used Abalon to repair cracks, install sump systems, etc. I think they're great. Plus, their work comes with a 10 year warranty that sticks with the house. I'd highly recommend them.
