acurrie Posted April 6, 2010 Share Posted April 6, 2010 I'm pretty pumped after an amazing day on the water. I was down below the city today and had the river pretty much to myself. I easily hooked +20 fish today, and landed ~15 of them.... all Bow's. They were taking almost everything, but the top flies were Wire worm, Brown Stone and larger Pheasant Tails and princes. The last fish of the day was by far the biggest bow I've ever caught on the bow. The Bow was longer then my net which is 23.5 inches, so i'll guess it was 24"... with some serious shoulders. X 1 Plus it looks like the fish stayed in the water, so no fish were endangered by being held aloft for picture taking ego.. Remember egos and ignorance are a trouts two worst enemies on the river..
