    1st Stim

Try this one Din and use good long hackle as It will move on the water more
  5. The best way to remove a fish-hook from your body is to have a very small pair of Wire Snips in a pouch on your wader belt. When you hook your self you squeese the skin very tight for about 30 secs, then push the hook point and barb through the skin and cut off the point behind the barb and slide the hook back out of the skin. Hopefully you have a fishing buddy with you for those awkward places. Very painless if you don't look. Beleive me it works!!!!!!!!!!
  6. Also a good Hopper imitation, but mainly for the Salmon Fly. And don't be afraid to bang or slap these flys on the water, twitch them all the time, make em move, especially on the turn and retreive
  7. Chernobyl Ant Dress the hook with tying thread, then slice a cut in the belly of the foam the length of the hook, apply super glue to the thread on the hook, fold the foam length ways to open the cut and place firmly onto the hook. This way the foam will not move when your tying the fly, or fishing it. Works for me!!!
  8. Turks Tarantula ( Golden Stone)
  9. Try this Stimulator pattern (Also in orange. olive with a darker olive thorax, and black) Yellow will imitate Hoppers, Golden Stones ,Yellow Sallies, Caddis. Orange; Hoppers, Salmon Fly. Olive; Hoppers, Lime Sallies, Caddis. Black;Hoppers (beleive it or not), Swalla stone, and Caddis. All depending on size ,so you have to tie a lot, but believe me it's worth it
  10. The only possible explanation any one can come up with is escaping from the hatchery, and the transportion of Brown Trout to that part of the river would involve transporting a number of males and females for any chance of reproduction So the hatchery is my bet.
  11. Who says there's no Brown Trout above the Falls Caught by Brent Gough just below Burmis Bridge on a Rusty Spinner
