I am unable to give it away, we do the big new years party every year and i cant get my drunk friends to drink it several of them from bassano that drink whatever is cheapest at the liquor store..
  7. As long as you dont try to sell the wild rose brewery crap, they should just pack there crap up already.
  8. we could do a fish in 30 seconds, it truly worth it in my opinion.
  9. If you want to fill your freezer, meet sundancefisher saturday morning and take all the perch you want. And i think they are better than the trout.
  10. One thing to remeber on the electric the element is in the water gas its like on a stove. That said the insulation value is the same. if its a new home they need gas for the furnace so i would just get a gas.
  11. when hiking, only fill it part way the elevation change can do weird things.
  12. Lets put it this way a 65000 BTU gas hot water heater will output 19051.5 watts of engery. an electric puts out 6000 watts times 2 (top and bottem element). The electric will also draw 50 amps. I cant find info on how long they take to heat the water though. Or gas consumption.
  13. A electric will be more expensive. But if you can get the watts off it, with a little bit of math, we can figure out which i cheaper. Got a model number?
  14. fill it part was with a compressor (not all the way that is bad) than the best pump you already own your lungs.

  18. They still sell it that said, i have a mayfly thats still going strong.
  19. Make sure you use a 20 amp T slot receptacle on that as well.
  20. Deep cycle batteries are designed to get drained completely without damaging the battery.
  21. A 50W solar panel is pretty small. You can get a couple of 220W panels for under a grand. that out puts, 36 amps with the proper electronics that would charge your battery significantly any day of the year.
  22. I have been camping and people had Genny that where running and i did not hear it. Its those big damn contractor generators i cant stand, and the best part is with those ones is you can usually change the frequency to 50 hz from 60.
  23. I have a trailer made in 78, it has lights and a pump, it went 8 days without needing a charge on a group 27 battery from costco (kirkland signature). With that said you could just bring the battery back and forth, and charge it when home. Also order your solar panel out of the states, WAY cheaper. My boss gets a sweet deal, like half of what the RV places charge. If you did solar power, it should charge your battery enough for a weekend, thoughout the week. Genny is the best way to go but get a quiet on cause one, and if i hear it at night, i will sabotage it.
  24. excellent point Trailhead,
  25. From what I get when I talk to the yanks, is they don't want to pay for another persons health problems. I would say i have talk to about 30 Americans about this and 3 or 4 are okay with it. Everyone else goes, they can take care of themselves. The one question i ask them is what if it was you. What if you lost your job and lost your health benefits, and then ended up with cancer, how would pay for it. Never got a reply. I believe they have the crime they have is partly do there the laissez-faire way of thinking. I don't do know you there for not my problem. I'm not a mike Moore fan but his last 2 movies Capitalism a love story and his medical one have some truths to them i think everyone should think about what is said in those 2 movies (don't take his word for it however do your research and question what everyone in the media says). That said, they are more socialist than they think, when a government bails out companies to the tune of 700 billion dollar they are socialist in my books. If i ran a business and knew the government would bail my ass out, what is my intensive to run it properly.
