Come on BH, take a ski pole and tap the ice, it it has a nice ping your good, any thing else go back, and put some long nails in your pocket incase you do fall in you can use them to stab the ice when you pull yourself out.

In belize you can take the water taxi to all the different cays relitivly cheap and wade for bones, and the off chance at permit. You can hire a guide for a day and he could show you the good holes you can access from shore.

I have to say, if you going on a plane avoid a carry on altogether, i take a couple mags and a book, and what in my pockets. You can Buy insurance for your check baggage, ive flown a TON like like at least 10 times a years, and never had my luggage lost. My father in law was a platinum member on air Canada and once they misplaced his luggage. Luggage gets lost but very uncommon. Heck ive checked over 10,000$ in tools several times this year and not a single problem. bottom line don't like the security going though your stuff, check it. On and on the fly tying materials, call american customs they are very friendly and will answer all your questions.

Concrete board is great but hard to work with you could also consider the mold and mildew resistant drywall, the green stuff.

So I got the World fishing network, and i see a ton of coverage on the walleye and bass tourneys. My questions is what do they do with these fish after the weigh in? Do they just let em go, do they rehab the fish first? My thoughts are after they have stressed the heck out of em do they just toss em back and if they live they live?
