Dubbed lightly over hotspot Mid-wing: bleached deer hair wing tied over mid point Hackle (rear): under sized light blue dun tied in at tail and palmered over body to the mid-wing Front hackles: one each grizzly and cinnamon Front Wing: White and Dun CDC tied caddis style over hackle

In order to clean up the mascot fly thread I'm starting it fresh here . A few guidelines are going to be added here to improve the flow process of the thread: When you are selected to add the next component you have approximately 12 hours to respond. If above is not met I will designate the next contributor. You don't have to be a tyer to participate......there were a couple that refused to add in because of this and other reasons which in my mind was lame. Please participants only post here. My plans of doing something with this have been put on hold now. It all depends on you if this happens or not by participating with contributions to the list. Please stick to the topic and go forward....it's going to be hard enough weeding through the mess as is without using the magic button. It's "DELETE" in case your wondering. What kind of flies does he like? I'm sure that he'll like whatever you make up because you are putting a part oyf you into it which in my book is more meaningful than any store bought item.

Personally I can't see anything wrong as long as like you say no fly used but if someone sees you and reports it it would be a waste of the CO's time to investigate.......apossible solution is to practise in a grassy park area close by if there is one.

I've tied a version of the first one but am not going to post a pic of it. Please if you tie any of these don't post pics of them. We are going to be doing something with these recipes at a later date

Sent regular mail anywhere from 12 weeks plus in my experince ......customs can make it alot longer......last one I had as a box was stamped in Halifax, Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary total time from date sent wasa bit more than 5 months. Better to have it sent in smaller multiples in bubble pack envelopes if possible. Usually the bubble packs come straight through in 7 to 10 days.
