best thing to do is take the time to test drive all the ones that catch your attention and even those in the same class that don't and judge that way. What I like may not be what you like
Depends on a lot of different things, such as street legal , safety inspections, what province it is in and other things that I can't remember as I looked into this type of thing years ago and at that time it was going to cost more that what it's worth. Maybe looking for an old Willies is a better option

I stay away from all but one place on line to buy; I prefer to handle material and visually inspect before purchasing. I buy local except for the one case where I need special feathers for certain fly types.
