  1. The land is run by the Philips and it is called Bow River Resort . the phone number was 403 901-2153 . Hope this helps
  2. Never a good feeling losing fly gear or having it stolen. I got cleaned out one fine day back mid nineties on the Crow by some shitty person. Anyhow not trying to prey on your misfortune but the islander is a reel plus a spool. I'll help you out as best I can on that one. Dave
  3. I think I'm going to be sick for you. Thats going to be a while to get over that one. Sorry Brian. When you calm down I probably have a Islander trout series plus spool I'll bargain on with you. Dave
  4. Jay, 20 lbs is not heavy enough, a large weed matt in the fall would easily drag that anchor. Mike
  5. Take a look at the Commander Boat / Kayak from Outcast. Or the original Water Otter pontoon .It weighs 18 lbs inflated.
  6. when do we start? I like that one to.
  7. Redl sports distributes them
  8. Mr. ArtVandelay The ones you need are PeeWee pops made by Rainy's, Then you cut and fit over Marabou and shank of hook. Bottoms Up. Mike
  9. Lol .I knew it. Jay, Taco you guys can do better than that, This is a Big Big Cougar. Meow
  10. Just to let you guys know ther has been recent Cougar sightings along the river from Policemans Flats east to the Golf course. Now what are you going to carry haha
  11. Hey Mike I fished out of the 16' Flypod from Clacka and thought the rod storage was great tho rods had to be broken down to store tho left rigged ready to go. Lock and Go system, indoor outdoor carpet to step in and out of. Great for Lakes, with you and your 6 rods in the boat ,now you can take 10 rods. Mikey
  12. I used the outdoor carpet from Home depot, comes grey or green. Last stuff lasted 8-10 years of pretty constant use. Redid mine over last winter, this time coated the plywood first with 1/2 doz coats of spar varnish, again HD they are discontinuing that product come 2012 so get some while you can. Glued carpet with carpet adhesive using the notched trowel. Staple around edges of carpet and your done. Dave
