I enjoyed the show too. Picked up my subscription to Fly Fusion as well as one of Jim McLennan's books, Alberta's Trout Streams, on the suggestion of a fellow board member. Thanks Jayhad. -

Wow. What a night for Hemsky. Two goals, two assists. Six points in two games since missing 10 to a concussion. That backhand deke was a thing of beauty and that game winner was a rocket of a shot. Mason didn't stand a chance considering he was screened. Two HUGE points for the Oil last night. On a nice little run here. Won 10 of 15, 7-3-0 in thier last 10 and 5-1-0 in thier last six. I'm almost ready to say this team is living up to early expectations now that Cole is playing extremely well with Gagner which has revived both players, each getting 9 points in the ten games that Hemsky was out. Great to see a solid second line again. GO OIL GO! Still want to see MacT fired though........lol

When Mozart passed away, he was buried in a churchyard. A couple days later, the town drunk was walking through the cemetery and heard some strange noise coming from the area where Mozart was buried. Terrified, the drunk ran and got the town magistrate to come and listen to it. When the magistrate arrived, he bent his ear to the grave, listened for a moment, and said, "Ah, yes, that's Mozart's Ninth Symphony, being played backwards." He listened a while longer, and said, "There's the Eighth Symphony, and it's backwards, too. Most puzzling." So the magistrate kept listening; "There's the Seventh... the Sixth... the Fifth..." Suddenly the realization of what was happening dawned on the magistrate; he stood up and announced to the crowd that had gathered in the cemetery, "My fellow citizens, there's nothing to worry about. It's just Mozart decomposing."

In honor of a new incoming (finally) president..... Dick Cheney walks into the Oval Office and sees The President whooping and hollering. "What's the matter, Mr. President?" The Vice President inquired. "Nothing at all, hoss. I just done finished a jigsaw puzzle in record time!" The President beamed. "How long did it take you?" "Well, the box said '3 to 5 Years' but I did it in a month!"

Purchasing A Used Vehicle..
darrinhurst replied to birchy's topic in General Chat - Not Fishing Related (NFR)
The only thing that I would advise is to make sure you get the vehcile's VIN number and take it to your local Registry Office for a CarProof. It will give you all of the vehicle's records of Lein, Registration, Accidents, Odometer Readings, etc. Worth the $40 to know that your car hasn't been in any accidents. -

Wow, I got nothin on you guys. I had a broken collar bone from a mountain bike wipeout. Didn't know what happened as I rotated my shoulder thinking it was dislocated. Twenty seconds later, I couldn't move it. Made riding out of the ravine difficult. Then just before I moved to Calgary, I herniated a disc in my lower back that caused sciatica. A wonderful burning sensation that radiates down your leg. Pain is 24/7 and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Had the disc operated on to fix it. Still get lower back spasms and leg pain every now and again. Pain in the ass. Literally. Nothing compared to some of the stories on here though.
