Wow, unreal. I met Jeff years ago at Bullshead as a lot of you did. We became very good friends and fished everyday together, rain or shine. Drank a pile of black labels (break up beer as we called it). it saddens me that life got in the way and i seemed to no longer have the time to fish as much anymore and slowly had lost touch with him over the years. I think it was the second year we went out to the K's together and we were fishing off the dam on the lower K and all of a sudden WHAM!! Rod bent over and nothing but the pure delight of a fly reel screaming. He looked over at me with the greatest look of pure joy on his face...followed by a bit of terror as i mentioned to him he better get the brakes on her soon as he was into the backing already. Anyway after a hell of a fight we were both brought into a crazy school girl giggle fest as we seen that he had just landed the holy glory of fish...a beast of a female rainbow in all of her glory. I honestly cant remember if we strapped her but she was a monster. Biggest rainbow i have ever seen in real life. I remember Jeff was so excited that he was shaking so bad he couldn't even drink his beer let alone light a smoke. Man it was a great day. I will never forget it! Tight lines my friend, i will always remember the fun the we had. Cheers

Just wondering if anybody knows anything about this camera, the reviews on the internet sounded good but was just woundering if anyone had some first hand info. My other choice i think would be the Pentax optio w80. thank you for your input.

Yeah, you bet....i wasnt getting tecnical or anything, just threw numbers out there for the sake of the argument......thank you for making me honest!LOL! And for every one else, i think we should get together and have a good old fashion gang fight followed by a good old fashion bulltrout BBQ , then all make sweet love till the sun comes up...................kidding....but seriously, im goin fishin.......and i think everyone else should do the same. Thats why we are here, to share are storys of our pasion for the sport, not bash eachother. I feel that some people may spend a liitle to much time on the computer anylizing other people's experience, or telling everyone how much they know, and not enough time fishing and creating their own experiences. I think it is better to have them doubled over themselfs in a net that is too small....LOL....have you ever held a baby when their head cocks to the side?... dosnt hurt them... just were it is comfortable for them to rest. In my opinion beadhead is not forcing the angle at all, just leting the fish put its head were it wants to be. Youve cauth these fish, you know how strong they are, if it wanted to be in a differnt position, it would be. Just my opinion, these are 6-10lb fish...mabey bigger, that have been brought in quickly and not fought to the death,(i know ive fished with jeff before). They are no more worse for wear in that position than in any other.

Good to hear Bloom. Caddis were coming off last monday and tuesday aswell as yesterday also...just didint like what we had, was pretty slow fishing for us. But as you can see we improvised and had a great time in the hills. I havent had my boat out yet....got a new minn kota to break in, cause rowing my pontoon is just to much like work ...LOL...

Was alot of fun. Defenitly have to do it again! I love it down there, right out our back door. Man it sure is green to, Bree found some frogs and stuff....was a super fun "cosmic" outing. LOL! For ypour info...i didnt make it...spent the rest of the day soaked to my ass!!LOL! To much fun with the new emotions!

Chronimids 12-16 black w/ red or silver rib. Small leaches under indicators, other beed headed nymphs, all can work well. Hopefully will be able to get out on the weekend, i will come say hi if i make it out.

I dont know for sure how big the smaller fish were that you caught but ive noticed that this years stock which are trips seem to be a little me willing to take the fly than the diploids did when first stocked, just wondering if that explains the more smaler fish. if they were in that 10-12" range and strait chrome that would be what they were......that said i cant wait for next year, they have already grown alot scince being stocked and are scrapier than hell!!! Anyway glad to here everybody had a good time.
