Orlando Day 1

Well here I am in Orlando and everything is pretty sweet, sorry to say guys but its like 28 degrees here and I'm sunburnt!!! AHAHAHAHAHA ( had to rub it in ). Well after having a pretty wicked time at universal studios on Sunday I still couldn't wait for today when it was time to go after some Reds. I didn't take much pictures only two really but here they are

I also took a 1/0 hook to the hand which went right through. Bled pretty bad after pulling it out but I still can't wait for tomorrow!

How was the fight? Rod Setup? Sea-sick (or are you more of a man then Dave :P)

He missed the smile dude, it was there!! It fought like a fish! AHAHAH No if anything I would kinda say it fought like a bull, the runs were kinda slow speed but strong.

 

Max, dude we have to come here dude, you have to see these freakin schools of reds, there would be like 50-60 fish in these schools, and dude siad that these were average schools and said that they can get like 100-200!! and its all sight fishin man!!!

 

here's a better photo with a better cam......... no smile here neither man, but trust me I was giddy!

You are KILLING me! Wat to go brutha!

 

Schools can get up to an acre in size. Look for the big mud trail!

 

Ask you guide if topwater poppers will work.if so, you aint seen nuthin yet!

 

Brent, can't get seasick inshore. Wave frequency too high. Its the big deep rollers that kill ya!

The second day wasn't as epic, Head out again for another four hours with two hookups this time but nothing landed. The first one was lost due to a crappy rusted hook and the second I lost because I was looking down at my coat for my camera and the red took a run right towards the boat and spit me!

 

So I'm definitely hooked now and will be doing that again!!!
