rudedawg
Dog Pound from bridges at Horse Creek Trail and Rge Rd 35. Some log jams are getting moved around, and a fair number of dead snags were blowing down and onto the roads.

curdit
Opening day is right around the corner. Not sure if anyone is super keen on getting out there, but a heads up: Highwood pass (Hwy 40) is closed at the moment. The closure runs the regular winter closure due to avalanche risk. I think it will be fair to say that the fishing out in Kananaskis on the streams may be a bit difficult and dangerous right now. Went for a drive along Powderface Trail: JumpingPound at KM marker 10-ish

curdit
Managed to get out onto some Elbow River Tribs yesterday. Water is high, but clearing and fishable. Landed a bunch of palm to 1ft sized Cutts, Brooks, and one small Bull. Looks like we are back in business.
