I knew CWD was a serious issue, but I had no idea it was that transmissible or that it persisted in the environment the way it does. danhunt Posted March 21, 2017 Share Posted March 21, 2017 Unfortunately it's also been found in whitetail and it was recently detected in the CFB Suffield elk herd as well.
