Roast
Hey Everyone, I am looking for a reputable mechanic/ business to replace the brakes on my honda fit. I don't want to bring it to the dealership if possible as they tend to be quite expensive for this kind of work. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Brent

sldrose
I went to Speedy Apollo on 17th for new front rotors for a toyota matrix. They quoted me more than toyota genuine (i called heninger) I went across the road and bought the pads and rotors from Auto parts ($50 and $80 respectively) Then went to Courtney Automotive (10 ave sw - tricky to get to) Charged me 1hrs labour @$110 Front end done for around $250 They are pretty reasonable. My advice is just buy the spare parts. (Auto Parts will lookup what you need for your make, model and year.) and then just pay for the mechanics for their time.
