Used Waders After Repairing To Many Times

I have a couple of well used waders that I have repaired too many times and they still leak so I have bought new ones. Question now is what do I do with these older ones as it bothers me to chuck them in the garbage? ANy options would be apreciated

I know someone who cuts the feet off their old waders and uses them as rain pants. Probably not too stylish, but it probably works.

Don't throw them out. Give them away so someone can use as rain pants.

I have an old pair of Wardell's that I did the same thing and they work great when lake fishing from the pram.

You can cut out the neoprene booties and gravel guards and use those for wet wading (if you do that)...

There is a place on 11th Ave and 11 St SW called Spirit West and they recycle that all kinds of equipment, I'm sure they would take the waders..

I think you should have them bronzed, mounted on a nice base, then placed next to the Bow River in one of the cities nicer parks in order to signify the importance of fly fishing to many Calgarians.

You can then bill the City a half a million dollars for your work.
