Neat Way To Adjust Your Depth

I saw this on youtube and thought I'd share. I'm sure some of you have seen this or some variant of it but then thought there may be some here on here, like me, who have never seen it.

 

I should mention, I use the same type of float and I find just letting some slack out on the loop and sliding it down your line works fine too but this seems to be a little quicker and easier

So do you guys just leave your thingamabobber on your line/reel? Or do you just tie on a new "stopper" every time you fish?

 

Just seems like a lot of work just to make the bobber more adjustable....

Yeah, it's even easier if you just buy a package of bobber stops somewhere like Wholesale sports. This way you don't have to take the time rigging these up.

Look like a good setup. But how effective is it with tapered leaders?

Use a loop to loop connector big enough to go through the indicator. That way you don't have to retie them.
