I'm also in the market for some of the thin stuff. How do you tell if its thin enough? The stuff i have was pretty clear but after tying with it its too thick the colors don't come through.

Anti-static bags. Neat concept.

Most bags I know give me all sorts of static. ;)

Anti-static bags are for those that are wired.

You, like me, aren't ever plugged in let alone wired.

Jeremie,

You mentioned anti Static bags and the success of getting them at Memory express. Did they charge anything for them?

Nope, they have extras on hand from the electronics they have shipped to them. Didnt get charged anything and basically have 5 years worth of static bags for chronies.

i like to use the foam computer bags for hopper and drake wings. But i never thought to use the plastic bags.

As others have mentioned, getting it thin enough can be challenging, and tying with the thick stuff even more so. Phil Rowley and Brian Chan have gone to the trouble of selecting the perfect grade of this material, and it is now available under the Stillwater Solutions brand, labeled as "Midge Body Material".

I like Juniors aproach to this. But when I have several bags that i did not realise i had from building my last computer I may give it a shot!
