anyone used a calgary area butcher who cuts/wraps/makes wild game sausage they would reccomend?

i used to know i guy who knew a guy, but then they went away.

thought i'd ask before i pick & click blindly, there are a few one can google.

I know a few guys that have used a butcher based in Bowness that they have used for years. I will try to get a name.

Longview Jerky shop does everything. Had some really nice Italian sausage done up there a couple years ago. Lost my hanging/butchering space this year so they've got a little buck of mine right now.

Gourmart is in bowness, they have my mule deer right now. Ryan meats (ne) is suppose to be good, bought other goods off them but never had them cut my game before perhaps ill give them a white tail i have in my garage to see how they do.
