stoby1 Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 I picked up a floating line (Airflo) a month ago and have used it half a dozen times. Noticed the front 6 feet or so are now sinking. I've cleaned the line but this doesn't seem to help. Is this common and what can I do to fix it? Thanks Quote
ÜberFly Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 Return it to where you bought it! P I picked up a floating line (Airflo) a month ago and have used it half a dozen times. jksnijders Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 If you had to put a loop end on it chances are it wasn't sealed. (Most Airflo lines I've bought don't have a welded loop) Water gets inside the line gradually, making it sink. It can be dried and sealed though. Quote
SilverDoctor Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 Check to see if there are any cracks or dings in the line also. I agree if given time it may dry out. Quote
