  1. No worries...... like I said it gets time consuming....most of the stuff I move is stuff relating to specfic areas that are in the general chat secttion, I move them to the appropriate area of specfic area chat IE BC, stillwaters etc I believe this makes info easier to find in future if it is in a category which makes it easier to find.
  2. Not sure I know what you mean by this "no for other mods" as for explaining to each person that has something moved or deleted it is time consuming to pm every single case.....most are moved rather than deleted by the way.
  3. I used to do it for every one but it had gotten to the point where I was doing more pming than anything else.....this explaination is for myself only and not nessessarily for the other mods.....if asked why something was moved or deleted just ask via PM and I will answer if I know the answer
  4. Yes it was removed by one of the mods
  5. Correction: In this thread click on your user name and from the drop down click on the last item "find member posts"
  6. You should be able to view all your posts via your profile; it says view all user post or something like if I remember correctly
  7. Good Question; I'm not sure if there is ....I too find poll votes showing as new posts a bit on the annoying side. Perhaps Darren could tell us if this is possible.
  8. No worries Smitty
  9. I hear you Chris......most here don't have a clue including the person that started these topics......there are areas that the landowner does have ownership of the streambed. Our family owns several tracts of land that were acquired via HBC many years ago and I know for a fact that we own streambed rights on some of that land as well as the the land title to those that do not have streambed rights the land reaches to the waterline and not the highwater mark that many believe applies to all waterways. I personally believe those that have had encounts were trespassing to get to the water to begin with and think that is where the problem lies most.
  10. cdrw's don't truly finalize and that is where the problem lies; they remain open in sense
  11. What I don't get is this thread started in 2007 and ended in early 2008 and then someone recently cast a vote on it....as far as I know this topic has been dead since Mar/08
  12. Many are known to the admins and mods here as we need to know who can post on behave of sponsors and such
  13. I totally understand your point. An option to this to register your real name and have it so that only administration can view it
  14. I'm interested in seeing what comes out in this thread, personally I like to see us hand out more permant suspensions instead of warnings
  15. have a good one Chris
  16. Cool looking forward to meeting you
  17. The main line I intend to use with the rod I would like is Rio Nymph......roll casting will the main type of casting being done if that helps
  18. Thanks Jack but it sounds like it may be too heavy for what I have in mind.
  19. PM me I have a special enlargement program that should help clear up some of the distortion.
  20. Tail is too long for lynx and too short for a cougar.....I'd say coyote
  21. Did you get to test this rod Jack?
  22. They were at the show in January so I would imagine they are still around
  23. Thanks to those that sent me pics but unfortunately I did not receive enough to do the project the the way I had hoped to complete it. I will be deleting those that were sent to me
