  18. I Agree I loved Living in Kingston. only problem is Move and tell people you lived in Kingston a few years they start with Q: So you went to Queens me: Nope Q: RMC? Me: nope Q: Prison Guard??? (with a little trepidation) Me: Nope Now they have taken a few steps back Because the only other reasonmost people think of to Spend a few years in Kingston is as a guest of the federal Legal System. But Nope I worked in a Call center in Belleville. Edit: but not surprising Calgary I the best city I have lived in "boom or bust I ain't leavin"
  19. I hope your son is ok On city street I'm ussually around the Limit, cause of pedestians, and cyclist. Question in Alberta do cyclists, have some completly diferent set of rules than any one else to drive by? and do these rules change daily I mean Calgary has it's own class of Pinhead cyclists. Today there was a guy going from sidewalk to road as other cars would come up to him. cut infront of my van to make a left turn. I mean dang thats how God makes Angels ain't it. at least everday I see some cyclist or other breaking traffic laws, as they suit them. Teck
  20. ok then Trail head is that your age divided by half the add 7 so for me would be 36/.5 + 7 = 79 yuck no thanks or 36/2 +7 = 25 which is good as long as the wife don't find out just need clarification? Teck
  21. I don't think I find the roads here that fast, I mean I used to swim through traffic in Toronto at 160km/h knowing that the cops couldn't pull me over (not enough shoulder to do so in the express lanes of the 401) and if it wasn't rush hour I could up that to 180km/h, here at 140km/h I passing every one on hwy 2 like they are standing still. But then again in Ontario now 150km/h could get you a $2000 fine loss of licence for 1 week and car impounded for 1week. even worse I beleive in Quebec Pedestrians don't have the right of way, you Jay walk you takes your chances.
  22. I would definatly go Cuba over Mexico, been to both. Mexico you can't really venture on your own, out of the Clubs as you can in Cuba, people are great, fishing, diving and snorkling are fantastic. And the Cigar can't be beat As far a Cabo to americanized (sorry rickr), but cuba is definatly it's own experience and well worth it the 2 times I went I extended my stay. just my opinion. Teck
  23. That is hilarious, I'll have to remember that, for next time
