Farmed fish tend to always have stunted fins and tails, were the pec fins just little stubs or not there at all?

Actually..I believe the peasants had very little respect for the king..way back when; it was the peasants who farmed and fed the kingdom and got the *hit taxed out of them on anything they managed to aquire..so in reality MAX will probably be revolted against and lose his crown to a hungry pack of newbies..

Well, if you look like a million bucks but golf like crap, your just having a bad day...but if you look like crap and golf like crap then...you are crap.. -
IMO..ATV's have a place in the recreation world, by responsible users, stick to designated trails and your fine..but people get bored of trails and start to go "explore" this is where the damage to the wilderness occurs..I use to ride dirt bike all the time, but since have given it up..ATV's can provide great access to remote fishing locations in certain areas.... ...respect the wilderness...

Be better off in the south IMO, thats some rough country through the Cline River Canyon..I looked into hiking Southfork Lakes (Barnaby Ridge) .. It's about a 12km hike(round trip I believe), with a gain of over 2000m and it's like club Med for Grizzly's..but that's where the Record Golden Trout came from, and have talked to several people who fished it and say it's worth the hike..

ohhh...that's rough..well here goes.. Two guys rent a boat and go out bass fishing, they go to one particular spot and pound big bass all day long, at the end of the day at the dock the one guy asks the other if he will remember the spot, he replies, no problem I marked and X on the side of the boat..the other guy looks at him and says "your a friggin' idiot,...what happens if we rent a different boat next time"..

Memories Of Fishing With Dad
Brownstone replied to flyangler's topic in General Chat - Fly Fishing Related
so many fond memories over the years of fishing with dad, but the most predominant must be the smell of the dry fly dressing dad and grandpa use to make, made of candle wax and naphtha. You'd jam the little bottle under your armpit to warm it to a liquid and walk around all day smelling like a Coleman stove... -
Beauty .. .. I almost headed out that way this morning also..

What Were They Thinking??
Brownstone replied to Lawrence's topic in General Chat - Fly Fishing Related
Seems like every other year it happens, It's horrible. The markings for the weir start what, 3 km upsteam i believe. Inexperience and ingorance..all these tragedies can be avoided. Was out fishing last night and thats all i could think about when I looked out into the river. ..I feel for the familes... -
I use a 7 wt for Pike(mainly because I already own one for fishing salmon) .. there were a few times I had to play a fish a little longer than needed..unless your planning on hitting some big trophy waters. I can see no reason to own anything heavier than a 10, unless you fish salt water like TrailHead said.

Thanks guys, Hopefully the Salmon are running harder when I fish the Humber this year..get some nice pics of dozens of salmon jumping rather than a single..It's truly amazing..
