Thanks terry ,not sure if the barbless hooks will stay in .The slotted kind should work ,still looking for hinges for the middle page .Thinking about using baltic berch plywood ,very stable just need lots of coats of finish.

I fully intend to build my own boxes once I have somewhere to set up a work shop. Once I get a garage, but that might not be till my kids move out and the first is 14 months today and the next isn't even cooking yet. I would love to see what you come up with. I suggest starting at Lee Valley.

go to spalding hardware if you live in calgary.10 av & 16st nw. wood i'd suggest solid wood ,tried plywood birch,laminate to far apart for any good screw grip,a good laquer. mine looks great,was a challenge,that wood stuff,being a rod burner by trade.

Thanks ,what size did you go ?Iwas thinking 12"*16"ish with one page in the middle .
