Hey guys, just checking in to see if you tried out a monoMASTER this season and to ask what you thought???

Have one and love it. One suggestion though - charge an extra buck or so and include a clip so it's ready to attach to a vest/jacket. I keep forgetting to get one so I'm always having to pull it out of a pocket.

I gotta get one of them.. I usually just stick it inside my waders, truly amazing where that *hit ends up at the end of the day.

got mine as a prize at the river clean-up [thanks much] and it's way way way better than any other alternative.

it should be standard issue equipment for all anglers. clipped onto my neck landyard and there it shall remain.

Headscan, don't you have a zinger? The loop on the top is

for clipping to a zinger so you can attached the monomaster to

your vest, waders, raft or gillie.

got one aty the show in Denver this fall and have been using it all Steelhead season. It works great but fills up pretty quickly, BBest trick is to double up the line for long sections, also makes the initial grab easier. All in all something everybody should have.
