monger Posted May 24, 2008 Posted May 24, 2008 There seems to be a few stillwater experts around here. What is your experience when the fish are keyed into Daphnia. Anyone found a "go to" fly that will convince the fish to change their menu selection? The usual flies don't seem to get them excited for some reason. Quote

bloom Posted May 24, 2008 Posted May 24, 2008 Give someting big to pack all that daphnia down. That's the theory for when they're taking lots of small chronies....they will then grab the odd leech to pack them down. Leech under indicator...don't make it too hard for them to get it. Quote
