Bow Access at Hwy 2 being reduced

I was driving South out of the city today and as I crossed the Bow on HWY 2 noticed that there is a new deer fence and private property signs on the north side of the bridges. Looks like they are setting up to do the same on the South side. Not sure how the median between on a divided highway is private property...

My favorite was the guys that were parking parallel to the silt control rolls like they were built in parking stals when i drove by the other day. If i was AT, i'd be rather sick of people wrecking our drainage..
