bigfry Posted October 1, 2015 Share Posted October 1, 2015 Hi guys, Wanted to take my drift boat out on a lake with the wife and daughter, something not too far from Calgary, doesn't have to be a big lake nor a lake with many fish. will be using oars to get out or possibly my outboard motor. troutlover Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 Chain Lakes is close, great for views and if you find the fish it can be fun. If you want to guarantee fish go to pine coulee res. its a walleye fishery some days you are hooked up before the jig even gets to the bottom. jig with a minnow or leech is all it takes for kids to have fun all day long there.
