Drift Boat Net Ideas

Just about to purchase a net for my driftboat.

 

really leaning on this fishpond nomad boat net:

It seems quite a lot for a net. comes out to 300 after CAD conversion and taxes.

 

What do you guys use for your boat?

Rushton Dragon's are nice, use that primarily out of the drift boat. Also have a moby whale and a moby crane. The moby's are a bit more budget minded, however still not cheap.

I think Fish Tails has those in stock for under $300. Sweet net. I was thinking the same for when I find my boat.

Classic wood. Alberta made. I've a Kootenay guide with a slightly shorter handle so it'll fit under the rower seat. Love it. A fresh coat of epoxy each time the bag is changed. Still looks good after over 10 years.

I have an ego s2 slider...I think I paid 75 bucks for it and I love it. The fishpond nets are really nice but 75 vs 300 seemed like an easy choice for me

Love the Fishpond Nomad El Jefe, stuffs into the back of my belt for wading and makes a good boat net. The Kootenay Guide would also be a great choice.

I've got the largest Fishpond net for my boat. It's unreal how light it is and still looks brand new after 65 days of guiding last summer. Well worth the price, you'll have it for a lifetime, unless you forget it on the beach!!

Ended up buying the fishpond boat net in the river camo. Love the net. Wanna take pictures of it rather than the hogs it scoops up
