EveretteD Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 So I was up abnormally early for a Sunday. Decided to go do some fishing. Ended up at sibbald for a few hours this morning. Tied up my favorite rig and chucked it in. Almost instantly. FISH ON!! As the morning wore on, more and more people showed up. Every one of them spin casters using some form of bait. Then me, using flies and catching trout one after another. Mind you non of them were huge. But hey. At least I was catching. I was hearing some muddering from some folks on either side of me. Most notably "He's got another one". I can't say I was upset by this. Made me smile every time. I would have shared my information with others, but only one guy asked what was up. I told him my magic fly choice and bam! He also started catching. Solid day with roughly 25-30 trout to my smelly hands. Not bad for 5 hours of fishing. What a great feeling to be surrounded by other folks enjoying nature. But I was also enjoying having fish tugging on the end of my line. Anyone else ever had that feeling??? 3 Quote
