Weedy1 Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 It's a chunk of hose with some webbing. Get some webbing from a climbing store, put a piece of hose on it, then tie it to the boat with a water knot. Done. You could even have someone sew the webbing to make it pretty. Quote
