dekkard2019 Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 Made it up to Kananaskis Lakes today and there is still a lot of ice on them. I was able to find some open water and had a few fish on. Nothing too crazy but who cares when you are surrounded by mountains, rivers, and streams. I just want to thank the people who have helped with the regulation change proposal. It has been well received and we will know by the end of this year if it passes or not. Hopefully we will see the 1 trout over 50cm for rainbows and cutthroats by next year. This cutty pulled a chironomid deep into the abyss and put up a scrappy fight. Quote
Flyfishen Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 Nice...its still pretty cold up there and the snow is still flying every once in a while. Way to brave the elements! Quote
