misterbig
Has anyone ever used the bearing protecters which replace the dust cap and has a greese nipple. The guy at princess auto told me that they are the best thing to keep the greese on the bearings. Looking for feedback M
jdangler
Yes, I have them. I give my bearings a couple of pumps everytime I use the boat, to make my self know there is grease in the bearings & force out any water that maybe has snuck in. I pull my boat to the Elk, & the Missouri as well as the Bow so I want that security knowing that there is grease in the hubs. I also carry extra bearings, seals, grease & the tools for a roadside repair just in case.
Jayhad
I have them..... easy and simple, every boat trailer should just come with them
Crowsnest
I have them..... easy and simple, every boat trailer should just come with them x2, they're called Bearing Buddies. and get the Bearing Buddy Bra (a rubberized plastic cap to fit over the bb)
