chrisbird Posted May 22, 2010 Author Posted May 22, 2010 love the feedback... we'll give it until after the weekend and then let everyone know on the FFC/Fly Fusion Facebook page which image was Jen's pick and which one was mine. Have a great long-weekend everyone! Chris Quote
Heimdallr Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 As I said on Facebook, I prefer the image on the left over the closeup profile. AKA, the one on the left. Quote
Hawgstoppah Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 cant seem to figure out how to comment or vote on facebook, so I'll vote here. the one on the left for sure. I want to CATCH the ultimate trout, and hold it and witness it's beauty for that fleeting moment before it's release back home with a "thank you". The one on the left certainly conveys that feeling, whereas the one on the right looks like something you'd see in an aqaurium fish add. Just my 2 cents Quote
hydropsyche Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 The one on the right because its not as cliche as the one on the left. Simple profile leaving more of "Ulitmate" to the imagination. But obviously I'm wrong because the masses have spoken. It kinda reminds me of the logo Hawgstopper was trying to push on this site! Quote
jack Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 Repeat after me: "My wife is ALWAYS RIGHT. Repeat as necessary. You're most welcome, Chris ! j Quote
chrisbird Posted May 23, 2010 Author Posted May 23, 2010 Repeat after me: "My wife is ALWAYS RIGHT. Repeat as necessary. You're most welcome, Chris ! j Very true. My version of that goes something like this: "My wife is ALWAYS RIGHT, but just in case I forget - own a very nice couch" A good friend of mine gave me some great advice a little while ago. He said that its okay to disagree with your wife. Just do it sparingly so that you have a shot at winning every once in a while. Chris Quote
ladystrange Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 i hijacked one of jayvees pictures but this is the kind of picture i would like to see represent the ultimate trout. something unique from a very cool vantage point and perspective. Quote
gustuphson Posted May 25, 2010 Posted May 25, 2010 1st one. Sadly, the issue that I received of this print, was the second one. The latest issue I received was Lakes... now I'm actually checking the mail! Quote
