Thanks kal3 thats exactly where I saw it....Thanks for posting that!
  3. At one time you could use a gas motor, however on Friday all I saw was electric, so perhaps the rules have changed....You will need a BC license.
  4. It was a fantastic day, and I am really looking forward to doing it again!
  5. Replenishing some of my salt water patterns.
  6. Happy birthday my friend, I hope you have a great day!
  7. Terry, there's no doubt about it....It's uncanny how much that character resembles Clive
  8. I think this will be a fun thread!!! Lets see those pic's.
  9. Awesome Jeff....Those are some absolute monsters!
  10. This is a fly that I got from one of the Sport Fishing On The Fly episodes several years ago, so I have had a chance to fish it a lot. It has proven itself to be a terrific Westslope and Sea Run Cuttie pattern, with a few Bows thrown in as well. Hook----Mustad 37160 size 10 Thread----Black Tag-----Red thread Body----Pheasant Rib----Dun Saddle Hackle Under wing----A few strands of Accent flash Wing----Elk Hackle----Dun Saddle Hackle
  11. Click and Pawl for me!! I also learned to fish with Click and Pawl reels....I own several rather expensive disk drag reels which after several years of use, are now collecting dust, and the old Click and Pawl Hardy's have once again come out too play. I use my old Hardy Marquis all the time when salmon fishing on the west coast....They have never let me down.
  12. Thanks Brian....I finally got out for a few hours today and that was the best fish of the day.
  13. My wife and I lost our beloved Bailey today....Rest in Peace old friend.

  17. Right on Max...Not too shabby at all...."GO CANADA GO"
  18. This is a post I made Dec. 22 2009 "Here is a link to one of Vancouver Island's enhancement programs for Salmon for those of you that are interested in learning more about Salmon. As long as people are fishing within the regulations when these streams are open to Salmon Fishing (and Steelhead, for that matter), then they have the right to do so." http://www.oysterriverenhancement.org/
  19. Personally I prefer the 200 grain when fishing streamers on my Z axis 690, it throws it easily and gets down fast.
  20. Terry....What an awesome picture. I just can't imagine the thrill you must have had catching a large mouth bass of that quality.
  21. WOW!! Thanks Jeff.
