They say [old wives] that things happen in 3s's.Well Christmas eve,met some of my retired fisher guys at local chinese food rest.Food was excellent, service was also.My trouble started when i got my fortune cookie. No little paper in the cookie[sh t],use the numbers to buy my 6 49 tickets.Christmas morning wake up to the sound of water running,in the house.Run downstairs,no water on the floor. But noise still there.Water humidifier that's hooked up to the furnace & the solonoid is stuck open.Water meter just flying around ,in the sight guage.Shut the valve off, little more static electrcity til repaired.Boxing day heading out,got rearended,by a woman in a hurry to spend the old mans cash.Today Katie[dog] wakes me up,boss it's cold in here.Go to thermstat, nothing registering .You know the other thing they say.You can't bitch if you got it free..YEA RIGHT RACHEL..Free thermostat didn't last 1 month, battery dead...Moral can't bitch...Yea & it's + 35 degrees outside Happy New Year
I believe you will have no problems in 2018 I think they all have been handled have a great year and think positive.

Thanks for all the tips again guys I appreciate it and I know it's a big boat but maybe different blades would change something in the reaction I'm going to order new blades over the winter and just deal with these for the summer. But if somebody is interested in a trade I'm all ears they do really well in the shallow stuff and are in excellent condition.cheers

Thanks for the help lots of summer left I'll keep plugging away it was ok I just thought maybe it could be better with different blades. No experience rowing a big wood drifter jay but lots of experience rowing..thanks again to both of you.

I got a wooden 17 ft boat three months ago and took it out today it didn't come with oars but I bought some off the forum. They are cataract shafts with premiere diamond shape blades. The length is correct for the boat but it doesn't seem to react well to these blades.I had to work really hard to keep my self straight and to keep in control.Im just wondering if there just going to take some getting used to or am I possibly not pushing enough water with these blades for this big boat.If I need new blades what do you guys think would be the best for a monster wood boat. Also willing to trade blades if somebody wants to there indistructable lol thanks for your time and yes we did get fish even on our first float.Sorry I can post pics of the boat.Im just interested in people's opinion.

Saturday morning me and my brother seen a excavator in the river up to the tops of his tracks at around 11:00am at glenmore on the north side of the bridge and the east side bank.if I had more time I would have tried to figure that one out.Im pretty sure that's not good for the river either.

Caught a dead beaver once when I was young streamer fishing thought I was snagged and couldn't get it loose so I walked out to get the fly out and looked into the water and all I saw was two big ass yellow teeth and a stupid looking face looking up at me.I cut the line and and ran home and had a hard time being in the water with my bare legs after that.I think I was around 12 years old.

When your looking for stuff of kijji there's a few things to consider if your going to low ball something.-how many ads does the person have up are they desperate for money-how long has the item been up.-does the item say firm.I have no problem throwing a offer out there even if it's a low ball if it says firm don't bother but if it's been up for six weeks why not it can't hurt for trying the worst they can say is no and you say sorry for wasting your time.I have got some pretty sweet stuff on kijji using those tactics for cheap.

What about a practice caster if your roof is high enough but you might get some bad casting habits
