I have an orvis rod that is 10 years old and the only problem i've had with it is Max stepped on it and broke it. They replaced it. Very nice rods.

Jayhad. If you wanna catch whites use san juan worms in a size 6 or 8. They'll hit them quite a bit. Use an indicator or not. Its personal preference. I caught a massive white on a #6 golden stone one day and almost the whole fly was in his mouth.

Yah mine's a 750. I never took it in for the first service I just did it all myself. Change oil, tighten chain etc. 600 and 750 are almost the same bike.

You'd have to be more specific on the area. But luukesh is right on the money with my favorite streams. North of hinton up to GP is the best stretch. Around ft. mac you are more likely to get grayling in the smallish streams. They are just as fun though. Go catch pike on the fly too.
