  1. So I feel like a slight idiot here...I have a 4 piece tfo but after fishing the other night I found the two end pieces out the four to be stuck together. They wont seperate, its realy odd its not like they are pushed together too far, they just wont budge. So anyone have a suggestion to try to get them apart? I havent realy messed around with it too much but some input would be great. Thanks.

A COLD UPPER DISTURBANCE WILL COMBINE WITH EASTERLY UPSLOPE WINDS TO GENERATE SNOW ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN ALBERTA TONIGHT AND FRIDAY. Anyone going fishing in the crow tommorow? Have fun

  8. Oh...My...God... I cant believe i just wasted 10 minutes reading this whole thread, this was the most ridiculous off topic thread i've ever seen. I cant believe it has like 1200 views or something. But in another off topic note... i think we need to have a tilly... Brent vs Brownstone...Boat launch 9pm... Haha get a little bit of the jokes out of them
  9. untill about 2 weeks ago i had been fishing the strech from the bearspaw reservoir down to the bowness bridge. Theres a few runs if you walked down the shore. Its kinda hit or miss really. In the spring the fish were jumping non stop up at the reservoir, then that stopped, then it was on fishing just below the dam, then that stopped and they moved further down to the outlet pond, which was good for a few weeks then it went to the river. If your gonna fish i'd recommend a little bit down from the overflow pond down from the dam. I live in scenic acres and occasionally just park in silver and walk down the hill and fish the strech between the bowness bridge and 16th bridge, i'd give that a try if i were you too. Good luck.

  21. Spent the weekend out at my Grandparents place in central alberta so I got to do a little fishing at my uncles pond in his backyard, theres a some decent fish in there that have managed to winter a couple seasons. I had to play around to figure out how to cast in the gale force winds...okay a little bit of an exageration but it was pretty windy all day. Managed to land and release 9 rainbows in an hour, but the 10th fish (first picture) didnt want to be revived and ended up being my lunch in the frying pan. I think thats the first fish i've ever caught that i've eaten. The first 7 fish were all caught on a deep october caddis below an indy and the last 3 were taken on a big hopper. Although I did pretty well the fish seemed to be a little smaller then the ones i caught in the spring, I think the hurons might have picked off some of the bigger ones. Guess I wont know if they're still there untill I go back at thanksgiving. haha. The best part was I outfished my uncle and dad who decided they would spin cast, suckers only caught 2 fish I think
  22. Nice laker, that boys a monster.
