ÜberFly
Anyone know if you have to do anything special to hardwood floors? Sun, 1st off, are they hardwood or laminate?! To clean hardwood both Martha Stewart and I use a sink full of steeped tea (orange peko) - use a rag on the dry side of damp. An old supervisor of mine had me clean a gym floor with ammonia and water (again on the dry side of damp)... I have also used vinegar and water (on the dry side of damp) and all three work very well! Hardwood is pretty hardy stuff, just try to avoid dragging furniture (with out felt pads) or dropping things on it, but scratches and dents will happen over time, but will give it some character... SanJuanWorm
I use a hardwood cleaner I got from Home Depot. I'll ask my brother late though as he sells flooring.
