Police Signs Up

adc and I went to Police this morning and put up seven of these signs at strategic locations around the water and campground. We are seeking permission to put up a temp large sign. (There are replacements for when these get destroyed, shot or stolen.)

 

There is some open water near the aerators and island, but 80+ percent of Police is ice covered--in fact a couple of guys were ice fishing.

By the title I thought this was about a murder investigation.

 

Based on my experiences elsewhere, however, it will require constant enforcement in the first year to get through to all of the idiots who refuse to read the regs or just ignore them completely.

Is it just me or has this global warming caused the longest ice stay ever....I haven't even made my leaky belly boat float yet for cripes sake

Clive I'm not afraid of the ice. It makes for good cover (undercut ice bank). Your feet freeze whether there is ice on or off at this time of the year. I never said I was smart, just willing...
