Din Posted March 16, 2008 Share Posted March 16, 2008 So I was messing around and made this up. not sure if its an actual pattern, but anyone know what it would represent? trying to come up with a new mayfly pattern, and not sure if this would fall into that category. bulltrout Posted March 16, 2008 Share Posted March 16, 2008 image search on google "mayfly nymph"...if your fly exhibits at least 2 characteristics of the natural, then it'll do just fine (which by the looks of it, it will...just make the legs and tails a bit more sparse)...make sure to bathroom test your experiments before adding to the flybox on the maiden voyage...
