Din Posted February 19, 2008 Author Share Posted February 19, 2008 carl, this is what i did... slipped the beads on first. tie in ice fur on the tail fold back over itself wrap thread 3-4 times. push beads back to touch tail then bring thread over the beads and do a couple wraps to keep the beads in place. pull over ice fur. tie in small amount of elk. then ice dub. Thanks, have yet to try them so can't vouch for them..but i do like the way they look. Your way would work too just more steps to tie off and restart. either way its a fairly simple tie.
