Heading down to LA/San Diego next week (if I don't die of exposure here in the meantime...) and hoping to get into a day or even afternoon of fishing. trailhead Posted January 28, 2008 Share Posted January 28, 2008 It is as most of the reponses here so far, there is limited fishing in fresh water anywhere in S.Cali. There are some reservoirs that have stocked trout, but the seasons are very different. Open at odd times, variable access and also a ton of anglers. She bought me a book of fishing spots in California, I remember that one of the locations where the aquaduct ran above ground... can be pretty slim pickings in some spots.
