nuttty Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Jig hooks from Allen Fly Fishing, tungsten beed Have you tried tying any balanced leeches on allens jig hooks? ive been contemplating ordering some because they have smaller sizes, but i dont think the eye will work. I've been playing with fish skulls. 2 Quote
pokerfish Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 I haven't tied the balanced leaches. I bought some of the #12 and 14#'s with that in mind tho. I have Geo Daniel's book on short line nymphing and I liked a bunch of his patterns with the smaller jig eyes as well. Nice ties on the skulls. Quote
