WesG Posted July 11, 2011 Share Posted July 11, 2011 Just wanted to say that the lady and I had a great experience getting her outfitted today at Country Pleasures. Mike knows his *hit and was probably one of the single most knowledgable people I have ever met for the stuff he sells. After talking to some of the far less experienced and knowledgable people at some of the other larger stores in Calgary we headed over there as the lady is pretty tiny and hard to find gear thats fits (figured we were going to end up there anyway) Just wanted to spread the word of the great service and and advice and how he turned something that was beginning to get frustrating into a great experience. PeteZahut Posted July 11, 2011 Share Posted July 11, 2011 I make all my major purchases at CP. I love the fact I can walk in there and Mike knows my name, my wife's name and my daughter's name. They taught me to flyfish through their beginner's lessons and through a float on the Bow. I know there are other great flyshops in this city but CP has treated me well and will continue to have my business. I am happy to hear that others have enjoyed their experience there.
